Hotel AJ International Katra

Rooms are ok . Old construction.need renovation. Close to market and katra bus stand .good parking space .staff are good .they don't have kitchen in hotel .hot water is only available at morning time .

The only reason I would rate this hotel is for the location, as it’s closer to the shopping, Katra bus stop, quite deviated from the main busy area. Stayed here in G6, on 12&13th July. The room had no windows to open, it felt claustrophobic, the toilets were dirty, there is no geyser, hot water available only in the mornings. Found it amusing, to see snails in the bathroom, instead of cockroaches or lizards. Even the WiFi signal in d rooms were weak, had to come to the reception area for connectivity. Would never suggest this place again

They talked very rudely over phone...very big difference in the amount shown on website and telephonic conversation... Strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel.....a person should be polite with the customer...if you cannot provide the same rate as shown on the website then remove your reference and recommendations from the website

The hotel is about 17 years old and has not been renovated since. There are only two boys as housekeeping staff. It takes time to address any request. The most positive point for the hotel is that it is at walking distance of the bust stand. However, looking at the overall experience the price is high.

Worst experience I've ever had. The room is so dirty and unhygienic,no water in the bathroom,bedsheets very dirty,staff is very rude,no TV I recommend not to go in this hotel

This hotel is not good for staying with the family. Hotel staff is not good. This hotel has no dustbin in their rooms. The staff is also not listening. There is no hot water in the evening to take bath. Price is ok ok. Room conditions are not good enough.

There was no pipe under sink in our room. Cleanliness - just okayish! Receptionist is friendly and helpful but his co workers need to be more attentive. Recieved no breakfast despite asking for. Location is accessible.

maintained staff, Rooms are spacious & very well ventilated. nice Breakfast & a wonderful location,..I always have a great time here everytime I visit this city. Thankyou
