Terrible Experience – Not Recommended I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacked basic hospitality skills. It felt like they had no interest in helping guests or even speaking politely. The food was equally bad—bland, cold, and clearly not fresh. It’s hard to believe this place even considers itself a functioning hotel. What made it worse was how the staff responded to concerns. Instead of addressing issues, they were dismissive and borderline disrespectful. They clearly have no idea how to talk to customers or handle basic service etiquette. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Very bad hotel management and food.All ppl are fraud .They will charge you extra for every thing.They don't know how to speak with customer and give badwords.

I usually come to mata darshan twice every year... I remember exactly when I entered the hotel one of the hotel staff who is outside at the hotel gate, came along with me to the travel desk, I confirmed the rates and tell them I will check out at 2 PM tomorrow as I am checking in 11 PM night, they did not agree with this small condition... and I said no issues I am going to find out another hotel, now the person who was outside may be the agent or something is forcing me to book the same, and arguing on this abused me and spoil the whole mood... your staff should be educated and polite to your customers? will never visit here again...

They will cut...poor hotel no service |Pls see the room pics nd attached bill..||When u take the room they will show everything is super but later u will not get any facilities...even no hot water..|If u r getting some late after darshan they will charge 100%for next day....|Even if u called them too...

Sabse wahiyat hotel hai yeh or staff bahot rudely hai or faltu ke charges bhi alag se lega isse ghatiya hotel mene aapni life me nahi dekha 😩

This is the worst hotel or the staff is very rude or the extra charges are also levied, I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life.
