Best hotel in the whole place. First I thought it was a scam to go in a bad hotel but damn the staff ,the hotel the room, the owner were so sweet. The whole place was humble and had a devine vibe plus it is near bus stand. FULLY RECCOMEND IT.

The worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. They don't have basic sense of dealing with their customers. When you point out any mistake in their work, instead of accepting their fault they just start arguing with the customer. The biggest problem is that they make commitments. There executive will make you fall in their trap at the station but all their flattering proved to be wrong. Besides this hotel staff was full of attitude and arrogance and the kitchen staff was also very rude and uncosiderable. NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. WORST MANAGEMENT EVERRR!!😡

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Worst service, worst room, worst room activities. Lot of attitude in their staff members. Staff members using abusive language with their guest. Don't come in this hotel. You will definitely regret it. Staff , owner and everybody are not committed with their statements. Please looking for other options. And those 5 star ratings are definitely fake and if I have a choice to give zero star, then I definitely give that. Again I am saying, please don't go there.

They pick the pilgrims from katra with thier goodi goodi talk, once u checked in the owner is so Arrogent and not responding staff, rooms full of bugs, demand again n again money, food quality very bad. Hotel serve u garbage food. Thier drivers drive the car so rashly. Simply Do not visit thia hote. They will say pick up n drop is free but no thy charge u..... simply do not visit this GHATIA hotel.

I would have rated a 4/5 for this hotel and their service. But the Guy Named: Rahul Sharma cheated us and sold us a tour package of Kashmir showing us eye pleasing pics of the hotel and surrounding and milked Rs.11k from us for a very substandard Hotel in Kashmir. Also told us that they would take us to site visits in Gulmarg but only took us to gandola and tulip and mugal garden. We then found that there were way better stays in just Rs.1500. Just close to the main road. If you stay here kindly never pay more than 1.3k for a room. Also please don't buy any package these fraudsters try to sell you.

We have found this hotel best in terms of all kind of services, and the staff is so good also the hygiene is well maintained 👍

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The hotel has very rude staff. Hotel didn't provide us basic facilities that are required by everyone. They make fake commitments inorder to get their rooms booked. But at the time of need They just ditch everyone. Staff was very vicious and instead of helping us They were arguing us . They don't know how to behave with the customer NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL,YOU WILL HAVE TO REGRET
