Hotel Devi Mahal

No fancy frills hotel but decent rooms, good food and great service. They helped get the RFID card, dropped us to the Yatra starting point, offered body massage services after we returned, helped clean our car.. etc. It is a budget hotel with secure car parking. We had a pleasant stay here.

Had a good experience staying at this hotel during my Vaishno Devi Trip, we stay their forth time with family and friends. 1st thing which I like to highlight about this hotel is it's staff is very co-operative, room & toilet were neat & clean. They even provided vehicle for the pic-up & drop, that was impressive. Location is concerned it is situated very near to Katra railway station. Talking about food it was very very tasty and fresh . Finally overall worth for money. I recommend this hotel for a peaceful & clean stay....

Jai Mata di, Hotel devi Mahal is nice and a decent hotel with a very big safe parking space and (which is lil difficult to find ) rooms are spacious, friendly staff, and natural environment with good light food.||We have planed to cheak in on 13 april at 11:am as per chek in time, we reached katra early morning and reached hotel in no time as it was very close to railway station. We asked if we can get an early cheek in and yes we got it. The owner and his both son were very polight and every time you meet them you will get a greet" jai mata di"

We, group of seven, visited this hotel last week and stayed for two nights. As promised, we were provided pick and drop from the Katra railway station which is approx 300 meters from the hotel. We also got complimentary drop to the helipad and for the market as well. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff was well-mannered. Due to off season there were limited food options available from the menu but whatever we ordered was served hot and was tasteful. We also got food packed for our return train journey. Overall had a great experience. Will definitely come back. Jai Mata Di!

Hotel is a value for money. Very close to katra railway station. Rooms are Specious and cleaned. Staff is good and they arranged complimentary drop to banganga. One of the best hotel in katra.It was a great and wonderful experience to stay.

Decent hotel close to railway station and bus stand, little far from market but peaceful environment and short travel time to bus/railway station. Pickup drop facility from/to helipad/bus stand is a plus. Fantastic staff, everyone just want to make your stay a memorable one, they always try to provide any possible thing which you wish for our stay is pleasant and memorable one ..

Hotel Devi Mahal is a nice stay option, located close to railway station and Katra bus stand is not far either. They have pickup and drop facility too. Property is having clean and spacious rooms with hot water etc. Staff at reception is also very helpful. A very good value for money. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel isn't located on main road so you may have to face little difficulty in searching for it (only if you don't take a local sim card). You can take an auto from Katra railway station to reach here or you can simply walk, it is not too far (only 800m). Hotel rooms are clean and tidy and they have balconies too (with slight views of hills). Staff is very cordial and helping. They also have their dining area so you needn't to go out as outside you will very normal food. And if you have your own vehicle they have free parking space so you needn't worry about that.
