Dont go by the pics , road is very narrow, can't have drinks in property , property needs maintenance, only 3 rooms and overhyped food

Great option for us bikers! But if you are looking for luxury stay then probably this place is not for you. Once I passed through the gate and put my bike on the stand I understand that this place is for me. It has a soul. The place is heritage style. Us I understood there are only three rooms currently. The toilet is outside of the room. We also had great dinner there. They don’t have infinite list of options, the menu is short and great. We ordered Mutton Stew, Mutton Nihari from main course - both are good and not over-spicy as usual in Bharat. Also I recommend to try Paneer Kathi Roll w/ egg. Due to the vagaries of nature we were forced to return back by our route (the landslide near Killar blocked the way), we didn’t have any doubts which place we’ll have lunch in Kishtwar - of cause this hotel restaurant. And they have interesting coffee. Seems like it’s Nescafé but cooked somehow different and has good taste

The most safest and comfortable stay in Kishtwar. Stayed here in June 2023 with my family enroute to Killar.

I would say, this is the only decent place to stay in Kishtwar... Staff are courteous and helpful, the hotel is difficult to find and you will need to go through small gallis; I was lost for more than 30min trying to find the hotel and waiting near another veterinary center at 11:30 in the night the staff came to my place and took me back to hotel. The place is rustic rooms are clean but facilities can be improved with cleaner/neater washrooms. Parking place is safe and ample, food is good. Place is pricey compared to options in other towns.

It cant get better than this. I flew from London to Delhi then Jammu, after which the hotel owners assisted me to book a cab to Kishtwar. The whole trip was flawless and smooth and I got to film in one of the parks nearby where I was assisted by one of their team members. It is indeed a fantastic place to stay, loved the hospitality, atmosphere and not to mention the tasty noon chai (kashmiri tea)!

Only 2/3 items were available. We ordered pizza and waited for the same for 1 hour and when we asked them about it they said that the chef is not available today so they can't deliver our order. They wasted our 1 hour and were not sensible enough to inform us
