Hotel Pahalgam Heights

One of the best hotel in pahalgam. Located beside river with an eye pleasing view. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They serve best food. The taste of the food was top notch. Aadiq was very polite and helpful.Overall it was best experience staying here. Highly recommended ❤️

Please please please do not stay in this so called hotel if you don't want to ruin your Kashmir tour. Worst service. unhygienic atmosphere. No one hotel staff available at night to take care of you.

Avoid this, so called hotel if you do not want your Kashmir trip to be ruined. I have to give it 1 star as its bed heater and wifi worked well, the only two things that seemed to work without any issue. Filthy unclean common areas. No one at reception. Hot water gets only mildly hot, almost felt cold in this cold weather. Shower with no pressure. Extremely average and limited variety of food. Does not even have a stand to hang clothes or to keep bags. Depressing room decor with no insulation. You can hear footsteps of guest on upper floor disturbing your sleep. This is a typical kashmir tourist racket where you feel short changed for the services and goods you buy... This hotel was recommended by Ozzo Travels through Travel Triangle.

Very bad hotel. This is not a hotel its homestay. No other facility. Room is very nasty kitchen is dirty place or very nasty. No electric catle no room decoration no proper maintanence no room heater no hand wash no soap. No tea catle no tea kit. Only below category no std type of rooms. Yesterday I was stayed my family no evening snaks (which was paid by me but no options) breakfast। No options dinner. I very bad experience. Room rent is very heigh. Service was bad. I dont recomended bathroom was pathetic no toilet soap no any others

Staying at Pahalgam Heights is the best decision we have ever taken. The behaviour of the staff members and the owner is awesome. Moreover the food quality and taste was lovely. The chef was very good. Staff members are decent. View from the hotel is a treat to the eyes.Lovely experience.

The hotel had a really good ambience and is a great place to stay. The hospitality was very warm and kind. The food deserves a special mention. The host Mr. Azhar was extremely polite and considerate towards all our requests. Would suggest this place for anyone who visits Pahalgam.
