TSOKAR Retreat

This is the first time we have been to Ladhak. Was very worried about the hotel stay as it was me and my daughter travelling all by ourselves. But after checked in to the day we checked out it was very comfortable, secured stay for us. The staff was very polite and very helpful. No matter how many times I called for anything thing they really were patient. Even though it was the coldest month the room was so comfortable. I would like to thank all the staff and management for making our trip that wonderful experience.

Just a few minutes walk from the Leh Main Market yet away from the bustle, Tso Kar Retreat is a lovely hotel. Spacious and well kept rooms. Great service by the staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. Food options for lunch/dinner could have been better. They helped us with the taxi and also to get the inner line permit as we were travelling with a foreign guest. Overall a great experience

Very modern and beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Stayed 2 nights and it was such a lovely stay here. Rooms are warm and cozy with chilling weather outside. The food is delicious and nicely prepared. The staffs are lovely people and always ready to help. The owner Mr. Dehlek is such a warm and wonderful human being, he is genuinely ensuring that the stay is comfortable. We will surely come back here. Thank you all.

We (my friend Jitesh and I) visited this gem for a short 3 night trip last week. Right from the warm welcome to the time we checked out - this hotel oozes of hospitality, warmth and friendliness. The owner is a really nice and friendly person, and his attitude spills over to the staff. The ever-friendly Akshay who manages the dining area, his colleagues, the chef - all of them add so much value to this place.||The rooms are wonderful and the most amazing thing was the central heating, which kept us warm even when temperatures were negative outside. Everything was in perfect working condition and the fact that this was off season (and hence fewer tourists) did not impact any of the services or facilities. The garden with a couple of trees full of apples was a visual treat.||The food was superb. ||The place is just a 7-10 min walk from the market. God willing, we will be back with families in the near future. This is a perfect all-round package - a true gem in Leh.

This is the 5star rated hotel in Leh. Rooms, service and Hospitality is excellent. Foods are delicious. Located near to Leh market which makes convenient to travel to Leh city market and surrounding places. Centralized heating system in the hotel is good.

The hotel was very decent and clean.. teh service was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was very comfortable and worth the money we paid. The best part is that it is a two minutes walking distance from leh market.

I would highly recommend this property guys.The rooms r very spacious n clean.Staff is very courteous. The owner Mr.Dehlex is the gem of a person.Food is really delicious.The main market is at walking distance from the hotel.My overall experience was very good ND memorable at this property. I would definitely stay again here if I wl ever visit Leh.

We stayed a total of 3 nights @ Tsokar Retreat & it is one of the best hotels in Leh. You need a hotel like Tsokar to acclimatize before a Ladakh trip & also to relax after the strenuous trip. The rooms are well equipped & ample space to add an extra bed. The restaurant is well furnished with inside & garden sitting. The sofas in the restaurant can be a little higher...too low for the table. They serve tasty fare for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The staff are very attentive & ever ready to help. The reception area is large enough to meet or wait for people. Very close to the shopping area & main Market Street. The owner is a very pleasant gentleman.
