Stayed with family during the first week of June 2024. It was really a wonderful experience with excellent service. The rooms were spacious, neat & clean, while the food was a delicious highlight - every meal was tasty having varieties. The staff truly impressed us with their attentiveness and care. They were friendly and always ready to assist. An added bonus was the stunning view of the Shanti Stupa & snow clad mountains. The location, though a bit off the main market area, offered a peaceful atmosphere that we enjoyed. Overall, the comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and exceptional service made a memorable stay.

Really good location, close to the Shanti Stupa, can walk there. The service by Mr Yogesh was amazing - he personally asked us what food we would like and made sure we got it. The quality of food was good too. The room was great, spacious bathroom as well. We could see the monastery and shanti stupa from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

We just loved the stay here. Rooms, service, location everything was perfect. Mr. Yogesh and Mr. Ajay from kitchen department we're very much concerned & served us very tasty food. Staff members we're very helpful. Hotel was like a mini palace.

Hotel Ladakh Palace in Leh is a wonderful place to stay. Kamal Bansal, the manager, is an exceptional host. Upon our arrival at the hotel from the airport, my family and I were warmly welcomed by Mr. Bansal, who greeted us with traditional shawls around our necks and a warm smile. The rooms we were provided offered stunning views and were very comfortable. The food served was of excellent quality, with a delightful blend of northern and southern cuisines that felt just like home. The hospitality and polite demeanour of the dining staff were exceptional, adding to our overall experience. We sincerely thank Mr. Kamal Bansal and his team for making our 3-day stay in Leh truly memorable.

My Wife and I stayed in this hotel during our Leh vacation between Aug 24th to 26th morning. We found the hotel room spacious, food extremely tasty and great service by the staff who were always ready to help and serve with a smile. The room alloted to us gave the view of Shanti Stupa which made the visit more special. Thank You for all the staff in the hotel who made our stay memorable with awesome tasty food and great service.

This is an excellent accomodation in Leh near Shanti stupa and away from city crowd. We spent a total of 3 nights in this hotel which has a lift facility, neat and clean room and polite staff. We enjoyed the hospitallity. The breakfast and buffet have various options with good and tasty food. Moreover you do not need to pay extra for mineral water (20 rs bottle) unlike other hotels . The only disadvantage is if you want to visit the market you have to have a car as the market is approximately 4 km away. We enjoyed our stay and a recommended hotel for the leh traveller

We had booked Super Deluxe@ Rs. 4000 per night (MAP) during 13/07/24 - 15/07/24. The hotel is a 3 star type hotel. Pros: 1. Located nearer to Shanti Stupa in Leh and also nearer to Airport with good approach road. 2. The hotel is located in a quite and scenic surrounding. 3. The rooms are spacious with large toilet having good room service. Lift works well. The rooms are provided with room heaters. 4. Electric kettle with tea making facilities provided. 5. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are provided with exclusive verandah with scenic view. 6. Good breakfast & dinner variety having good taste. Non- veg is included in meals and complimentary breakfast. 7. Parking space is available. Cons: 1. The location is far off from Leh Market. Requires taxi for to and fro. 2. The toilet does not have an exhaust. 3. The wardrobe in our room needed maintenance. 4. Full size mirror is provided but extension for keeping cosmetics is not provided Final verdict: Definitely a value for money option. The cons are few and can be manageable. The staff is very accommodating and provide service with all the warmth you require after landing in Leh.
