hotels location is too good bcoz if your stayed in Cottages rather then hotel room the view from your cottage of river and mountains filled with ice is damm good bcoz i stayed in River Side Cottage There for 2 nights , i think local market was near by this hotel , but this we can mannage , really hotel is worthy of money which are i expense on it. hotel didnt gave service properly like not running hot water 24hr. and switch off room heaters in night , and one thing for knowledge at midnight temperature fall down much and hotel restaurant food was terrible .

This hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Pahalgam. Back when Dharmendra and Hema Malini visited Pahalgam, this was the place to be. Stayed here with my family and my friend's family. We got there after our cab driver suggested the place. We were originally booked into another place by the travel agent, which was an awful place. ||Stayed in cottage 3 and loved the place. Lawn, private balcony and ample space for relaxation.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Cottages were nice. Well decorated. Comfortable. Room Service were not up to the mark though. Location wise its too far from main road. But view is good from that place. lots of open spaces for children.

Its with great shock that i am writing that i would never in my wildest dream ever wish to stay here. I had a booking here so upon checkin i decided to look at the room first... Scary spooky not maintained.... The bathroom was so bad even petrol pumps have better bathrooms than this...this property looks like Nothing was ever done to it since last century very very scary.... Dont even think about staying in this place... The only good thing still going for this hotel is their manager who is well spoken and a gentleman... Other staff members look like they came from a horror movie

Nice Hotel. Good Food. Got accommodation in personal hut. hut was clean. warm bed was available. warm water was available in bathroom. food served in room. delicious food. morning breakfast served in open space amidst nature. nice view of leather river from hut. snow covered peaks all around. memorable stay.

During one day Pahalgam visit we stayed here , rooms are spacious but cleaniness was just manageable,bathroom fittings were very old design needs renovatiobn,out side garden was very nice,can be stayed for day or two.

The hotel situated just beside the banks of the River Leder.... have a excellent view from the cottages...The availability of 24 hrs room heater, Hot water, The owner's very much friendly behaviour makes the hotel more attractive....
