Hotel Luxury Heights

It was an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent with the staff upgrading us to a larger room when we needed. All meals were prepared fresh, cooked with love and was delicious. Everything that was served be it the simplest of food was so flavourful. All the staff were very helpful and were very well behaved and respectful. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pathetic hotel! We had our stay here for 2 days, upon reaching the hotel we found 3 rats and they were coming again and again in the room. Just imagine if there are mouses in the room, what must be the cleanliness in the room… they provided the rat catcher, and 5 rats were trapped in it! They provided us a new room upon seeing the rats and even the new room was extremely dirty, there was dust everywhere and we had to change our stay… the owner was just giving excuses for the rats instead of accepting that they have not kept their hotel clean and maintained
