Hotel Noor Mahal

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Hotel Noor Mahal. After realizing I had left my bag at the hotel and already traveled over 100 km away, the staff went out of their way to send my bag to me at my current location. Their generosity and helpfulness made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer care!

This place is horrible. Dirty washroom, no service (I didn't get a water bottle ) , too expensive, and no extra blanket or pellow. This is this never ever visit this hotel is a -1 star hotel

I booked the room through Phone Call. The person on the other side guided me alot about his property obviously and nearby places. And without much dazzle, they Booked my room in no time. Online payment options are also available. They book the rooms with some advanse only. Unfortunately I have to cancel the hotel due to my personal reasons. When I told them about my cancelation. They immediately offered me Refund. That is good thing I found. So hospitality is very Nice. Budget rooms, nice people. Nice place..

It is a nice hotel located on the bank of Lidder river in Pahalgam. Rooms are well furnished. Room service is pretty good. The people here, from the level of manager to subordinate are very much cooperative, soft spoken and helpful. In general, the people of Pahalgam are honest. The restaurant is a bit expensive.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues. The washroom was in poor condition, there was no electricity at night, and the rooms were unhygienic. I hope these issues can be addressed for the comfort of future guests.

Rooms are very cold. No room heater, windows are not tightly shielded. Bathroom is smelly, toilet flush not working. Food was good but spicy.

Rooms are clean, spacious and with well amenities. The bathroom is very big. Wifi, Hot drinking water, Hot bathroom water facility is there. The staff is cooperative.
