Hotel Green Heights

We had a lovely experience, both hotel staff and restaurant staff was very helpful and kind. Special mention goes to Rafiq, excellent hospitality and readily available for any kind of help. Rafa bhaiya was awesome and made our stay easy.

The Hotel is located with a view of the mountains and stream ahead. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Shahid and Amir were looking after our group who were warm and friendly. Showket Restaurant Manager was friendly and cooperative. River Rafting too is available in about 3-4 KM from the Hotel. It's an excellent experience. The view is simply superb and exhilarating.

This hotel sits about 10 km before Pahalgam, and trust me, it’s got views that will take your breath away and a serenity that just hits different. The river out front? It roars like nature’s own playlist. Sure, there are big-name hotels further down the road, but none of them have views like this—right on the wide stretch of the river. The rooms are fantastic, the food is hearty, and the dessert? Absolute chef’s kiss perfection. We started in a smaller room, but they quickly moved us to a better one, and let me tell you, the rain tapping on the roof mixed with the river's roar could cure even the deepest blues and the loudest tinnitus. The staff was awesome, super polite, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Forget the fancy hotels in Pahalgam—this place cannot be skipped!

This property is away from Pahalgaon city center but location is nice and in front of river this is the main plus point of the property. Staff is not professional need to be trained, Rooms are not maintained Resturant service and food is very basic , Highly overcharged.

My two-night stay at this property was nothing short of excellent. The view, the property itself, the staff, and the overall environment were exceptional. Nestled just a few meters above the main road, the location was perfect. The property, despite its size, is impeccably maintained. The food was not only tasty but also featured an ample menu. The rooms, spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a room heater, electric blanket, and geyser, ensured a comfortable stay. The staff was not only polite but always ready to serve with a smile. Visited in January 2022, and the overall experience, including the food, was truly awesome.

Awesome place. Very nice hospitality. Food taste is very nice. Zakir , Amir , Arif and Irfan have been very nice and helpful. Thanks to them, our entire process from checkin to checkout was very smooth.
