The worst hotel in whole of Kashmir maybe. The staff is rude and uncooperative. They dont give wifi by lying about it. The room is dirty and the washroom is worse. It would be better to live in a tent outside the hotel than inside.

The rooms are in a very bad condition. The bedsheets, bedcover provided to us were unclean. The window panes were broken. The bathroom was unclean as well. They will not provide hot water when required. The bathroom guizar is just for show. Also there is no food and the staff members of the hotel took our electric kettle without notifying not to use it. The behavior was very very rude. I will suggest not to book this hotel specially if you are accompanying elderlies.
