I want to tell all the guests that it is not right here Regent hotel Not a good hotel regent The staff is very good here but This hotel is also not good for the staff, the accommodation is very poor and the food is also not goodHere the guests also do not get good food and the staff also do not get good food

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are very poor quality and not clean. The wifi is available but it is very slow and unreliable. The ceiling is falling off. Door lock issue present. I would not stay here again.

Scam alert:- bad rooms no sought of cleanliness foul smell all around and washrooms like hell.

the location was very beautiful. we have got rooms at the valley viewing side. we have enjoyed a lot at pahelgaon. when we open the window at the morning, the mountain and valley scinic beauty has remembered me still after 6 months. the hotel staffs are good, has a restaurant and other facilities are very good.||thanks my srinagar travel agent to book such a hotel at pahelgaon.

Worst! The guy here (a tall one) doesn't have even courtesy and decency on how to talk to the guests. Also, no following of the Indian Sarais Act of 1867. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had been to this Hotel at last 06/11/2014 to 08/11/2014,our actual booking was with Hotel Baisaran,but due to off season and flood at srinagar this year very few tourists dare to visit Jammu & Kashmir,so hotel was closed for the winter.even Dana Pani Restaurant also was closed except we and few tourist from Bengal was at Pahalgam city.during this tough time Regent Hotel management not only provide us good stay but also provide us very very good homely food. staff of this Hotel was always ready to attend us and without any expectation they won our heart.we strongly recommend this hotel for pleasant stay(forget *** or **** rating hotel to avail good Hospitality)

The room wasn't so great. Toilets not so clean and the lights weren't working. Room service is also not lightening fast. Everytime you have to visit the reception to call the room service
