Hotel Patnitop by EMT

Paid around 1.7k per night for a super deluxe room. The location is very good with close proximity to restaurants and Patnitop park. There’s also a taxi stand nearby so that’s a plus one. Now moving to the place itself, the staff was very friendly and helpful but the rooms were dinghy and washrooms smelling constantly with no exhaust fan or washroom freshers to solve for the problem. The beds were dirty and stinky. The view from balcony is nice but only if you are lucky enough to get a room with valley view.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was genuinely frustrating. The room was far from clean — stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. It made the whole stay uncomfortable. What made things worse was the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were cold and unhelpful. Any questions or requests felt like a burden to them. There was no hospitality or effort to make guests feel welcome. Moreover when we insisted to change the bedsheets the hotel staff was like they are clean and we will not change it. After lot of argument we got the bedsheets changed but the new once were also not that good Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or clean stay. Even the room given to us was not same as what we booked. When we reached hotel it was told that those rooms are already booked Please don't be fooled by fake reviews

W stayed here for one nighton 10 of July through tour operator with MAP plan. Rooms r very dirty and unhygienic. The person on reception was busy in seeing reels and not giving proper reply. The staff workers behaviour were very rough and looks like they r onwer. They even don't asked our choice for dinner. Very shameful experience. To get the widi connection you have to keep door open only. Wifi aa well as 5G jio connection is not getting properly at this hotel

Rooms are not upto the mark. Shower place is is placed in washroom corner for rooms we stayed(102-105). Manager and owner has very cold behavior but the staff is good.

They show photos of rooms which are non view rooms. And attach the scenic view of the dirty room .

I don't like this hotel, it was not cleaned, stinking etc. etc. toilet is not vantilated not cleaned over all....

Unprofessional Behaviour by owner, pathetic service, don’t be fool by fake reviews. Hotel location isn’t good too. don’t book room in this hotel, you can choose other hotels rather than this.
