Disaster. Very bad behavior of the hotel staff. And the taste of the food is very bad. We also can't get the hot water in winter times. I will suggest not to go in this hotel because I had very bad experience. The hotel staff has replied rudely to female customers. The name of that person is karan. He Don't know how to talk with females.

Very bad experience in this hotel . There are many insects here . The rooms services are bad . No proper lock system . The untidy rooms ever seen . Food is also not good here . Overall a bad experience i ever had

The hotel was good...need some improvements also in their services...the hotel caretaker Mr. Karan is a nice and very friendly person....manages the hotel in a well manner. They need to work on their hygiene a little more. Overall a nice stay.

The only advice i suggest never book this hotel the staff is highly uneducated and rude dont know how to deal with customer if owner read this review plz work on staff and rooms tooo highly discusting🤯

Very comfortable and affordable guest house. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is also very good here.

The hotel manager or owner are total frauds. We booked from MakeMyTrip and paid 6 days in advance. We then called at the property to check if the roads to the property were clear as the tv news showed landslides and road block. They said that there was no issue and we can easily reach the property. Cut to the day of actual checkin, we were stuck in a jam which wasn’t moving since 4 days. This was 50km before reaching Patni Top. We called at the hotel again, they said that roads are open u can come. They kept on lying just to mark us a no show at the property.

Staff very helpful. Cleanliness and housekeeping is an improvement area. Had a good overall stay.
