Hotel Neel Gagan

We were stuck in Zojila for over 11 hours and they gave us a room at cheap when we were in dire need in the middle of the night we even had a booking in Sri Nagar for the same night but we got stuck in Sonmerg, they are really hospitable. Really good thing to do! Loved the food!

We 3 familes have stayed here during our Amarnath Yatra. Hotek is on the main highway. Rooms are good, neat and clean. The courtesy of the hotel team is excellent. Food is too good with varieties. We strongly recommend families can choose this hotel and enjoy.

The hotel is significantly overpriced considering the subpar services and rooms it offers. The washroom appliances are faulty, the television does not work, the rooms are cramped, and the service is lacking. Additionally, the food is overpriced and of low quality. This establishment falls short in every aspect, from amenities to customer service. It is imperative that potential guests are made aware of these shortcomings before making a reservation.

We enjoyed alot, we taste their traditional kehwa, and Rajma dal, shahi paneer and kashmir wazwaan. The nature outside was fantastic n very beautiful sunrise, to click a photo on outside bridge with Titanic pose. It was just awesome weather☀️☀️☀️ 10 out of 10 to location, to service, to staff, and to hotel neel gagan

I was with family and I found that this hotel feel us like our home, so tasty food neat and clean rooms and outstanding location, but this hotel situated on the bank of river sindh n 8 minutes away from market point. Which is quite peaceful location.

I recently stayed at Neel Gagan Hotel and was quite disappointed. Despite their claim, the hotel is not in Sonamarg but 10 kilometers away in Gagangir, which was inconvenient. The rooms were narrow and cramped, and while the main bed was acceptable, the additional bedding was just a cot. Additionally, toilet amenities and toiletries were not provided, the television was faulty, and the food was not tasty and overpriced. Overall, my stay was uncomfortable and far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. Despite paying a premium, the location was inconvenient that is 10kms before Sonamarg, the food was tasteless amd highly overpriced and the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. Even basic amenities like the TV didn't work properly. The overall experience fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Actually staff are very sweet and cooperative and food is delicious but i found they r very honest and straight forward. Best quality and genuineness.
