We had stayed here for 2 nights. While checking in we were greeted by wonderful host Mr. Shafik who took care of the full process. The room experience was good with neat and clean bedsheets, pillows and most importantly the washrooms. The food was good in taste and was served fresh. All the staffs at the property were polite and helpful. ||Would like to revisit again.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location. I was lucky to be upgraded to a Superior room with window. The food was amazing. The staffs services are excellent especially Imtiyaz was grate . He is very attentive. I am very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back

We recently had an opportunity of staying at Hotel village walk in Sonamarg .The location is absolutely stunning — nestled amidst snow-capped mountains with a beautiful view of the nearby lush green meadows. Waking up to those serene views was a picturesque moment. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile, which made the stay even more pleasant.The food served at the hotel restaurant was fresh and homely. One of the standout aspects of our stay at Hotel village walk was the warmth and hospitality of the hotel owner. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and personally ensured that all our needs were taken care of. It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive hosts these days.He was always available to assist with local travel tips, sightseeing suggestions. His knowledge about Sonamarg and other places was impeccable. What truly impressed us was his humble and down-to-earth nature. Despite being the owner, he interacted with guests like a friend, checking in on us regularly and making sure we were comfortable. His personal touch made our stay even more special. Would highly recommend this hotel not just for its location and comfort, but also for the warmth and care shown by its owner and all staff.

The Village Walk is a lovely hotel in Sonmarg. The rooms were warm and comfortable and the large windows had stunning views of the towering mountains all around. When we were there the snow line was very close to the hotel so we were able to take the kids up via an easy walking trail.|Lunch/dinner was decent although the breakfast buffet was terrible and lacked decent offerings.|The staff in general were friendly and attentive.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, especially Umar who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Best property in Sonmarg. Amazing views from the rooms and outside as well. The rooms were very good, and the food was amazing as well. The staff was very cooperative and hospitable, a special thanks to Mr. Shafik who made sure we had no problem.

My stay at Hotel Village Walk was truly a memorable experience! The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains, making it a perfect winter retreat. During my visit, the entire landscape was beautifully snow-packed, and the hotel’s front yard was covered in snow, providing an amazing space to have fun and enjoy the serene surroundings.||One of the highlights of my stay was the food and hospitality. The hotel has its own separate restaurant, where the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Kashmiri Wazwan—it’s fresh and authentic, unlike the frozen meals you might find elsewhere. The restaurant serves food until 9:30 PM, so make sure to place your orders in time. A special mention to Umar, who was incredibly welcoming and ensured that our food was delivered to our room promptly.||We initially booked a super deluxe room, but thanks to Mr. Ajaz, a kind and humble person, we were upgraded to the premium room. The premium room offers an unmatched mountain view, and I highly suggest booking either the premium room or the premium cottage for the best experience.||The front desk staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. The hospitality at Hotel Village Walk is top-notch, and I would choose this hotel over Radisson Blu or Sheraton any day.||If you’re planning a visit to Sonmarg, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Village Walk—it’s truly a home away from home! I can’t wait to return.
