I don't usually post 1 star reviews but the service here was awful, had to cancel my order as it took too long, even though we were the only customers in the resturant. Went and got myself a drink from 3 shops down because they couldn't be bothered to get it for me. What a laughing stock.

Affordable rooms and decent food is what you can expect here. Owner and the staff are helpful. Only low standard thing was the cleanliness which is a usual story with most of the hotels in this area due to low number of Tourists.

Above average food compared to other hotels in Sonmarg. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
