I absolutely adore this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, always saying yes to everything. I haven't heard a single no from the staff or the owner. Every request I’ve made has been met with a smile and a willingness to help. The atmosphere is so welcoming that it feels like a home away from home. Each morning, I look forward to the delicious breakfast spread they offer, which is a delightful start to the day. It’s the little touches, like personalized greetings and thoughtful surprises, that truly make this place special.

The hotel boasts an awesome location and offers tremendous hospitality, starting from the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout the stay. Mr. Zahoor Sahab, the manager, is extremely courteous and professional, ensuring that every guest feels at home. The food is simply amazing, with a wide variety of cuisines including South Indian, Chinese, and North Indian. The quality is top-notch, and the entire staff (fleet) is highly efficient and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay!

My recent stay at Tranquil retreat was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. I particularly want to commend Mr. Zahoor Khan, the manager, for his outstanding leadership and dedication. His presence was consistently felt, and it was clear he fosters a culture of excellence among his team. Equally impressive was Ms. Sadiya, the receptionist. Her warm welcome and efficient check-in process set a positive tone for my entire stay. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and always had a cheerful face, making every interaction a pleasure. While I didn't have much opportunity to dine at the hotel, but the overall quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere were outstanding. The general ambiance of the hotel was incredibly inviting. Thank you, Zahoor, Sadiya, and the entire team, for a truly wonderful stay! I look forward to returning soon. Keep up the good work guys👍👍👍

Hi have no words to say thanks to the staff of Hotel Tranquil Retreat Sonmarg, Last night on 23rd of March 2025, my guests Mr. Subrata Chakraborty and family checked in to the hotel by 8pm. The whole staff welcomed my guests like VIP's, Rooms are big, neat and clean, View is like God has given the rooms in the centre of the Paradise, Food was amazing Reception area, restaurant, parking, everything is gorgeous, Especially Miss Soniya ji, who managed everything like 7 star accommodation. We stayed in this Hotel during.our Amarnath Yatra 2025. The location is close to highway and rooms were spacious and near. The staff both at the reception and dining gave wonderful service. Kausar, Ishrat and the other girls and boys took special care of our vegetarian dining preferences with smiling courtesy. A memorable stay for a tough yatra☺️
