Room I got to stay was way too small. The staff is excellent. Food is good. However, this hotel also deals with package tours which brings in hosts of travellers who are provided food by their own cook. This makes the place too crowded. Location wise it’s excellent. But a reminder again, about the clarity which is needed in rates of you are booking in person.

We had stay for single day and we had three rooms occupancy. This location My stay at Imperial Resort Sonmarg was truly exceptional. Nestled amidst the stunning Himalayan scenery, the resort offers breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance that made my trip unforgettable. The rooms were not spacious as much but clean and well-equipped with all modern amenities, providing cozy and comfort.||The staff were attentive and cordial. The food at the resort was delicious. Buffet menu was sufficient. The resort is nestled beside the serene Sind River and is surrounded by lush forests of pine, fir, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. Its strategic position places it approximately 1 km from the Thajiwas Glacier.||What stood out the most was the serene location—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the natural beauty of Sonmarg. Whether you're looking for adventure or simply a tranquil retreat, Imperial Resort is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for families, couples, and nature lovers alike!

The place is serene surrounded by snow all over and is very cozy, full of optimism with a great view from every room. The lobby of the hotel is very spacious and clean. The rooms are amazingly cozy, spacious and beautiful, centrally heated and comfortable heater beds with clean linen. Washrooms are spacious, clean and occupied with gyzer facility. The service is excellent. The people here are very supportive, kind, full of positive attitude and always on toes to serve you. The restaurant space is beautiful and the food here is amazing. The captain of the restaurant and the people with him are very polite and always ready to help you with whatever you need. Overall the stay in this hotel is excellent. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Avoid booking rooms in this Hotel. We had booked 04 rooms in this hotel on 09/12/2024 for one night stay on 20th April. While booking the rooms the photos of the rooms that were shared with me on WhatsApp were not allotted to us. After lot of arguments they gave us 2 rooms 203 & 204 as per the whatsapp discussion but 2 rooms were allotted on the ground floor with one with no view at all and 1 with partial views, with the flush button in the bathroom were broken. Also i felt the behaviour of the staffs in the hotel were bit rough. So be careful while booking

This chef is a true master of their crafts ! The dishes were not only incredible delicious but also showcase a remarkable level of skill and creativity . Every bits was a culinary adventure. Bonyond the Aamxing food , Chef name Mr. SAMEER kHAN is a wonderful person .they are so passionately about their and genuinely care about creating a memorable Experience for their Guests . Highly recommended .

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable and staff members are very supportive. Restaurant food is awesome staff is good especially captain is very smileing person I really like him.
