Hotel Tranquil Retreat

This place is one of the best places there. The rooms are clean! There's 24/7 running HOT water. When I say hot! It's good enough for you to come back from the snow and just get your body back to normal! The staff is extremely polite. The reception Misbah was very helpful. The kitchen staff was extremely sweet. My newly wed wife and I were not disturbed at all, and all of our requests were completed. They have 2 tables in the room and an extremely soft bed. The floor is wood. The toiletries are provided. And the bus boy was also very courteous. I didn't give him any money, but he would never hesitate to do anything for us without me even asking.

Excellent ambience, good food and superb service. We were a large group of 15, got quick service with a smile.|The food is tasty and hygienically served |Happy to recommend and compliment the staff. We only visited the restaurant. Good a good parking spot for our three vehicles.

We stayed here on 5th November during j&k family tour... It's such nice stay here by all means... On reach we were welcomed by famous Kashmiri kahwah drink and then we get our room. Rooms are decent spacious,bt the look from window was amazing.... Food was good and hospitality of hotel staff was amazing.... Thanks Tranquil for that kinda experience

Great Location in Sonamarg, amazing views around, we visited as the first snowfall of the season was happening, amazing views from the restaurant, great food options, very helpful staff and good staff, visited with 10 family members and 2 year child, they all were comfortable, staff helped on every occasion, definitely a place to visit again.
