Hotel Mughal India, Sonmarg

The hotel has amazing view. Best time is to visit is during snow to enjoy the sight of snowy mountains However, the hotel is not well maintained.No centralised heating system and geyser issues. There is heater in bed which is comfortable while sleeping only. Dinner is good and Breakfast options are very limited. The staffs are friendly treating us like family. The weird part is that they make the guests write good reviews right under their eyes. Beware of the older reviews.

Hotel plays a crucial role in making a tourist feel comfortable and his visit to a place memorable. This hotel did not do either. In spite of booking months earlier with 50% advance and requesting for a good room at a higher floor, they gave us (two females) a room which was like a store room on the ground floor. There was hardly any place to move. The balcony of the room opened to car parking and drivers,so that could not be used either. We did not enjoy our stay there and don't recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are good and have good views from the balcony. Very peaceful and beautiful. Staff are very hospitable and takes care of the guests. Loved the stay here.

This hotel was in a great location, close to everything. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The food was sumptuous and extremely delicious. Service was prompt. The amenities in room like electric blankets, electric kettle, toiletries etc were amazing.

Location wise its a paradise, service also at per excellent and food was very teasty especially Haluwa, Manager Musa is very co-operative and well behaved and We are very much pleased with this hotel

Stay was amazing here, manager musa and waiter imtiyaaz service was amazing, fooding, room stay were 5 star quality. They were really helpful, umer bhat service was really nice All were very helpful, amazing. Car parking, 5g wifi service and all the amenities were amazing. Handicraft shop.is also available inside the hotel.
