Location is so perfect n view from room was awesome. Central Heating system n heating blanket both in room hot water supply also there. Hot kettle tea coffee packet dental kit n also provided. Room is spacious n clean Staff is polite n helpful

I recently stayed at the hotel , and my experience was overall quite positive, especially regarding the cleanliness and sanitation standards maintained by the staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with spotless floors, fresh linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work, as the attention to detail was noticeable from the moment I entered. Daily cleaning was thorough, and amenities like fresh towels and toiletries were promptly replenished. IN terms of sanitation, [Hotel Name] has done an impressive job of maintaining high standards. Hand sanitizers were available in all common areas, and I observed frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces, like elevator buttons, door handles, and reception areas. The hotel also followed clear hygiene protocols for guests in common areas, which made the stay feel even safer and more comfortable.

Very nice hospatility, we did not face any Any difficulties, even it was -13 outside all over it was very good. The staff is very cooperative. The food was also very tasty. Breakfast was also tasty. Everything was perfect. They must recommended place.

Stayed at this amazing spot in Sonmarg, and wow, what a place! Surrounded by stunning mountains and nature, it’s the perfect getaway. The hotel is super comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place with an amazing location, comfort, and good food, this is the one!

The hotel is perfect for stay. Excellent location and service. They have a central heating system which gives you a warm and cosy feeling in the lap of nature. Highly recommended.

The rooms are similar to what is shown on the property's photos. They were clean. They had heating mattress and centralised heater which was great for the cold. Slept comfortably, didnt feel cold inside the room even though it was -4 outside. The location is great. Regarding food, we had ordered gobhi masala, roti and gulab jamun for dinner, it was good. Breakfast buffet had very limited options. Idli sambar, poha, oats kheer, boiled egg, juice and bread butter/jam.
