The hotel location is beautiful. Surrounded by majestic mountains. Staff is very helpful and prompt. Mr Altaf and his team were quite helpful. Rooms are barely furnished. Food was OK and both dinner and bf buffets were below expectations.

Our recent stay at Sulthan Resort, Sonamarg, as a group of ladies was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the courteous staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The top-notch hospitality ensured that every need was met with efficiency and warmth. The resort’s beautiful location added to its charm. Most importantly, we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The secure environment, coupled with the supportive staff, allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time.

Mesmerizingly surrounded by heavenly nature. You just check in and get lost to the mountains, the sound of the river and birds. The different kind of peace where you actually meet your soul. Don't go in big groups, just the two of you and your soul. Carry a small bluetooth speaker if you like adding flavor to your favourite music. People are friendly and courteous. Recommended.

One of the kinds of hospitality . Helpful and knowledgeable staff . Heated and Well maintained rooms with a state of the art facility. Hygiene and fresh washrooms with top class amenities.Accurate location for serene views. I highly recommend this place as it's near Sonamarg Tunnel. Free wifi and full power backup available.

Staying at the Sultan Resort was such an incredible experience. It's situated near the river and the mountains, with such an amazing view.||Our room had a Mountain View balcony, with modernized bedroom and washroom. Everything was arranged neat and clean and fresh. ||The staff are very hospitable, tending to all our needs, special thanks to Aisha! ||Overall the experience was pleasant and amazing. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family about Sultan Resort! ✨

Except for the room heaters, everything was wonderful,. Pl improve on the heaters, it shd be centralized heating system. Dinner & breakfast was too good & elaborate.The people here are vry warm& friendly.
