Radisson Hotel Sonamarg

It was an excellent choice. Very well spacious bedrooms. We were lucky to meet Mr. Adil who is the manager. We had a junior suit. Mr. Adil went out of his way to our family very comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient given by Mr Khalid and housekeeping boy Aakash . Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

One of the best hotel in sonmarg. Before I was in srinagar in Taj Vivanta hotel same service i was got here. Choosing Radisson Hotel is the best thing that we did when we planned to visit Sonamarg. A very nice, clean, sophisticated and newly built property, the furniture is so comfy and stylish. Rooms are very well designed and maintained, and the best part is the hotel staff, that is awesomely helpful, polite and happy to serve.

One of the best hotel in sonamarg lies in 4 star catagory. The behaviour of the staff is the best. Room service is also provided to the guests. Their environment is also very clean.

This place is definitely not an upper scale brand for sure. The rooms were average with several constructions going on and is not as per the pictures. The food was really bad and the free breakfast is only pure veg whereas it was told to be veg/non veg for breakfast. The management did not provide me a GST bill even after several calls and messages they never pickup your calls so once you book you can forget about your money.
