Dustbin was not cleaned. Hot water supply was only for half an hour. Who can survive with cold water in month of December. There was no proper supply of electricity . When they provide hot water they used to cut the electricity supply. Heating blankets were not working when we complained to the staff there was no action taken and staff was very rude to us. In the restaurant when we ordered veg pulao of rs 150 they gaye us veg biryani of rs 210 despite telling them 4 times that we have ordered veg pulao. Don't stay here. We had a lot of trouble in there. You will regret coming here.

In the kashmir heeposh is best hotel 100% pure vegetarian Service is very good Our all low budget I have visit with my family Parking facilities are also available here important for us so I give him 5stars

Worst hotel of all time ,fraud we booked the hotel online for 1 day but after reaching there they said that you have booked it for 3 days which was completely fraud ..The rooms were empty not even a single person was there the toilet seats were broken and on the top of that electricity was only supplied in evening.after that no electricity supply was there the staff is very rude they were not at all cooperating The location was also not good we felt unsafe there so decided to cancel the booking But the staff was not even returning it .. Overall worst experience very bad

Extremely disgusting hotel and food. The staff is quite unfriendly, immature, rude. The food quality is in the dungeons with an example being peices of sand and gravel in their so called speciality Paratha. Want to save tour money guys, take my advice and do not stay and eat there .

The worst service i ever experienced. The people are very arrogant towards people from other states.they have a restaurant and they served spoilt food on our 2nd last day and argued back. I can promise i will never return to this hotel ever again. I stayed for 5 nights and they never cleaned the dustbins, even when we left the dustbins outside the room
