Strategically located at the centre of the city. Very near to attractions within the city. Very Nice staff and delicious food. Overall I highly recommend this hotel

First of all I went to Kashmir on 17 April 2024 and returned on 21 April, 2024. The location is wrong name of the hotel has been changed to Fabulous first you enter the hotel you will have to remove your shoes , sandals on ground floor cos owners don't allow you to wear them as carpet is placed in the hotel no tv , no almirah , no table , no chair , no mirror is present in the room . Room stinks neither they provide water nor tea .There is no room service available .

Very bad experience. Rooms and bathroom are too dirty and having bad smell. Staff behaviour too much rude. Even didn't provide water till 12 o clock in night whereas we checked in 9 o clock. Wastage of money. We paid 1800 for 2 rooms. This hotel rooms is only for 400-500₹ only.

Very very very bad experience to stay there is no hot water in this hotel and the staff is only two old person. They could nothing do for customer. No room service and no extra bad or rajai.srinagar is cold city but in hotel room there are no galicha only thin carpet.and honour of hotel is switched off the gyser reception table this is the proof i have

I wish I could give Negative Ratings !! The owner has the ability to ruin your whole trip by giving unnecessary attitude and also Worst services. Anytime water supply stops. When no electricity then they don't start generator (seems like They wanna return them, saying take them back they are as it is !!)

Very poor hospitality and very poor service hot water is provided only night and very bed attitude staff and and is extra money for only 4 hours one day rent and booking time talking hotel provide shareing kitchen but come here no kitchen And more bed points so I suggest you go other hotel this hotel last option
