HOTEL GRAND AZIZ SRINAGAR

Not a good choice for such a prize. Rooms are big and spacious. But toilets have no ventilation so ur room smells bad. Although food is good but service is bad. Walls have seepage problem. Rooms are unhygienic too. Worst part is the room service. U have to call 100 times for basic amenities like towel sleeper and water bottles. I did not get the towel and sleeper even after many calls. They claim for hot water all day. But they have central hot water system and it not works at all. First they say u will get it from 630 am then the only delay the time. Ultimately I had to drop the plan of bathing at 9 cause even at that time hot water was not in the tap. Staff is not very professional. Like one of my room service guy came to pick the menus card from my room and knock on the door and when I opened it he get inside the room without asking anything. One more thing. If there is rain in Srinagar don’t take the hotel because main gate flooded with water and block ur connectivity with main road. So if u have a plan to go outside for food or exploring the city will came on galt completely. Staff is so unprofessional that I ordered dinner at night and at 11 pm in night they say that they did not get any order. So then I dropped the plan of dinner and slept empty stomach. In short I will nvr go back in this hotel again. If they want to run it properly it will prove good hotel as it is in centre of the city and lots of nearby activity is possible. But not gonna recommend to anyone.

Scam Alert!!! This hotel is with the name of Click Sunburry Hotel on Agoda. I booked it from there and couple of days prior to arrival, i called the hotel for confirmation of booking. To my surprise they said they don't have any booking with my name, i called Agoda and they further contacted property manager and said that they have confirmed back that there is a booking. I called the hotel again and they again denied. I further raised a complaint with Agoda and reported them for doing this. I was planning to travel with Family and i was lucky got saved from these thugs and not stranded on the day of arrival or else it would have been a disastrous start for our vacation. Beware and book at your own risk.

Had a nice hospitality as we stayed for 3 days and for quality was very good and various delicacies served for 3 days I will definitely recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the vacation 😀

We stayed with family for 3 nights ( Oct end 2023) . The rooms were neat and clean.Electric blankets, kettle , geyser and free wifi all available here. Especially the staff were very co operative. To name them here is imp - Amit and Adil owner . Karan, Ajay,Akbar they were on their toes to help our stay to be pleasant. Ajay ( from kitchen) custom made our dishes to be delicious. Location of the hotel is such that you can enjoy shopping in walking distance .
