Hotel Castle

We are from Malaysia. We booked this hotel for 3 night. Seriously this is the first time to Kashmir. We really happy with their service. The food are very simple but the taste was topnotch. They are really friendly. And they give nice service when costumer need. As a foreign visitor i highly recommend this hotel..

Nice clean rooms, the staffs are very friendly and helpful here. They gave all day service, whenever we needed anything, they're happy to help. Location was also very good , 10 minutes walking from Dal lake and surrounded by many restaurants and shops at the heart of the city.They had a very cute cat too, to welcome us.

The hotel was in a great location, but room facilities were not up to the mark. In room no air conditioning or electric blanket. In the wash room, no exhaust fan was available . In toiletries, only toothbrush and soap were complimentary. Breakfasts and dinner were limited in items, but tastes were great. Staff were friendly, especially Mr Prince, who made our stay nice and homely. We stayed here 3 nights with my family in three rooms. Cleanliness was good. Wifi was free .Hotel management told me they gradually improved their rooms and services. So hopefully, the next visitors will get better room facilities.

We had very good stay experience with hotel castle for 4 days. Service was very good. All staff was too co-operative. Food also very nice. Special thanks to Yasin and Prince for all support. Thanks Shining star for making our trip memorable.

The Hotel was centrally located. But it didn't have central heating and we were only given heated blankets. There was no ventilation as the hotel is adjacent to two buildings and no view. Food options are limited but good. The staff are very cooperative. One more thing this hotel does not have a lift so this might be an issue for many. Overall the stay was not that great because of lack of heating. Will give 2 stars.

This was my second visit to this amazing hotel in Srinagar, the rooms are humongous and they provided heaters and electronic blankets as well, since it was during the Winter. The service of the members was top notch always, and they served some scrumptious meals.

Good location, good environment, quality food, behaviour of most of the staffs are good except one or two.flower garden in front of the hotel is quite nice.
