The staff here is extremely friendly. If there was any issue they would respond within a minute.The entire staff here is very sweet in nature. Love the hospitality 👍 The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms was nice and clean. There were different variety of food for breakfast and dinner . Overall the entire experience were amazing and never felt disappointed during my stay. Must stay here if you are in Srinagar.

1. I just visited (Hotel royal arabia in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. 2. After conducting research, I selected (hotel Royal arabia. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! 3. The secure and safe environment of this hotel 4 the best quality also nice food aare amazing and staff are cooperative everything is nice

Worst hotel experience ever. Would give zero stars if I could. Breakfast was the worst part – food was burnt, cold, and absolutely not edible. There was nothing suitable for kids, even after informing the staff multiple times. We are checking out without even eating – that’s how bad it is. Horrible, horrible, horrible. At check-in, we were told about limited hot water timings. This is not something guests should have to plan around. Only one usable charging point in the entire room – extremely inconvenient. Major safety issue: Last night, another guest opened our door at midnight with their key while my daughter was changing. I screamed in shock. Reception later admitted that any key can open any door. Unbelievable and dangerous. This morning, we found animal bones just outside my parents' room door. We reported it right away – and even four hours later, the bones were still there. Horrible housekeeping and total disregard for hygiene. Multiple unannounced powercut Please avoid this hotel. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and completely unfit for families.

Extremely disappointed with my experience.Stayed couple of days trusting the pictures and description provided, but the reality was completely opposite. The room was in a terrible condition everything was dirty unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The bedsheets, washroom, and even the floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.The service was equally bad. The staff was unprofessional and careless. Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the minimum expectation from any hotel, but unfortunately, this place failed badly. Definitely not recommended. I regret booking this place and would advise others to stay away to avoid such a bad experience

Worst hotel ever there managers are also worst I've spoken to operational managers about the complaint, but they haven't listened or taken any action. They are just roaming and enjoying themselves Rooms are also dirty.i was in meeting with someone and Everyone there is yelling like animals, which makes us uncomfortable. Property is good. The receptionists, kitchen staff, and housekeeping staff are all very nice there. But the management is zero there
