HOTEL CITY PRIDE

A hotel where i would never ever have my worst enemy stay. The WORST hotel i have ever been too. From uncooperative staffs to utterly dirty rooms which lists to infinity. The people in the other rooms were equally frustrated staying in the hotel. From seizing of electricity from 9am to 8pm everyday to unclean bath towels and bed sheets. I asked them to give me boiled edible water. They came up with tap water which i discovered after they came to change the water on their own. Knocking at night 11pm to give soaps. The food that they make is beyond the name of food. Food stains on utensils, raw and uncooked rotis along with dust infested food plates. I would suggest everyone to book their stay at Hotel Golden Eye where the manager is very warm and friendly and the staffs behave like own family members. City pride hotel is the worst hotels among others. Please do not ruin your stay in Kashmir by booking your rooms here. They deserve 0 stars out of 5.

I stayed at this hotel in Kashmir, and it was a terrible experience. There was no water in the toilet, and the electricity kept cutting out. The hotel didn't have any good services, and the staff didn't care. I booked through a travel agency, but they didn’t help when I complained. It was a terrible experience for my first visit to Kashmir.

it was a worse night mare staying in this hotel! hot water was not there at all had to struggle with everything. my dinner and breakfast was included in the stay and they asked our preference of meal for the dinner which was non veg however when we went downstairs for dinner there was pathetic veg meal which was not worth of anything and when i asked for the reason they mentioned that the chicken seller is not there i mean seriously there is no chicken seller in entire n cook to make this? they didn’t provided water bottle not any toiletries nothing! it was a worse nightmare staying there literally ruined my mood and my trip! I want to rate this hotel negative! DO NOT VISIT HERE!

The room was spacious. But there are many issues we faced during our visit. Frequent power outages were a significant issue, with one full day spent without any electricity, leaving us without light, bed heaters, or water heaters, especially difficult during freezing nights at -4 degrees Celsius. They are not providing kettle or flask. We need to ask many time for the hot water.

Worst place to stay. They don’t have proper electricity facility. There is repeatedly power cut. Rooms are not clean, washrooms are very small. Food was very bad there was no taste and was extra oily. We booked it through travel agent who charged us so high..but the hotel is not worth that price. Also this is inside a locality where there is no place to enjoy.

Worst feel. Room was not well maintained, dinner served late,food was bad, the ambiance of the dining area was bad and the worst part was that 2 staff members entered my room before knocking when my husband wasn't there and their explanation was that they had came to ask about my dinner preference after i already had dinner. I have to give one star because otherwise I can not post this.

Good food, Good accommodation, Hot water available from night till afternoon 12 , will be switched off by staff between 12 noon till evening Sometimes the staff may not bring the drinking water to your room, even if informed. The owners are good , they let us stay for 2 hours more than the checkout time. The staff is good and co operative, Not much variety in food.

One of the worst hotel ever I have seen in my life. Would have rated 0. Our flights got canceled in the last minute and we got this hotel stay from our agency. I can see this is one of the most cheap and worst hotel with no heater, unclean washroom. The size of the heater was too small for minus 2 degree. The bed was too dirty and smelly.
