Hotel eleven boulevard

Best hotel near Dal lake. Top notch rooms. All the basic amenities present in the room. All the staff is very polite and attentive. Especially, Nayeem guided us throughout our stay. Food was too delicious. We enjoyed our trip. Totally recommend this hotel.

Having stayed at Eleven Boulevard, right across the breathtaking panoramic view of the Dal Lake, was a heartfelt joyous experience. A long walk along the Dal can be the perfect way to start your day. With a favourable location the hotel is easily accessible making a great travel experience. The hotel rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable fitted with modern amenities. Room Service was prompt with attention to the smallest detail. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Communication was not a problem. Hospitality was top notch. High standards of hygiene and safety were maintained. In all it was a worthwhile week-long stay at Eleven Boulevard.

We stayed two nights here. It’s just beside Dal Lake. We enjoyed the breakfast seeing Dal Lake and the Shikaras were floating. All the staffs, especially Mr. Noyem, the guy serves food in the room, were very helpful. We took only breakfast at Hotel, it was good. I think this hotel has been renovated recently, all the fittings were nice. We would love to visit here again.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the service is immaculate. The location is fantastic with views of the Dal Lake. I am a seasoned traveller but have never experienced such care and personal attention to all my needs! The staff are extremely caring and go out of their way to accomodate any needs that one may have. Fazil delivered breakfast to the room every morning like clockwork and would often deliver items that I wanted to eat even though they were not on the menu. Nayeem at the reception desk always greeted me with a smile and would assist with any travel advice and needs. All the staff including Jahangir & Ubaid really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I am truly grateful for the care and felt like I was with family and this is a testament to the wonderful staff they have on board... Thank you!!

Hi. We Stayed there for 2 nights. It is located in the Boulevard road, just infront of the Dal Lake. It has lake view rooms. The Room and washroom was neat and clean. The bed linens and towels were clean. The room had all the necessary amenities including an iron and iron stand. We like the hotel and will surely recommend this hotel for a leisurely stay. The hotel staffs are also very warm and helpful.

Excellent place. Very good staff. Nayeem was a super host. The place is just in front of dal lake. Real value for money for a daily stay. Nayeem helped us by guiding to the entire trip. Highly recommend for people who wants to travel to Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahelgaon by staying in Srinagar.

Rooms and washrooms were very good and service was quick. Nayeem was a very good host. Just the bed sheets were a little scratchy and dirty. It has a very good view of the dal lake so ask for rooms with the view. The surrounding area is also good with great restaurants.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Eleven Boulevard Hotel. Location is awesome and the room was exactly as described in their website. The lake-view room offered a beautiful view of the Dal lake and the mountains and watching the sunset from the room has been my favorite part of the stay. The hotel currently does not have a dining room and breakfast is served in the room itself, however they do offer a nice breakfast. The bathroom was nice, clean, offered 24x7 hot water and other amenities were provided too. The evenings were great as we could explore the area around Dal Lake on foot. Good restaurants and cafes like Le Delice, Shamyana, Stream, the Riverfront are situated at walking distance. I totally recommend staying at this place 10/10.
