recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. However, there are a couple of things worth noting: 1. Noise on the First Floor: If you’re staying on the first floor, you might face some noise from people walking on the second floor, which can be a bit disturbing at night times. 2. Delayed Breakfast: The breakfast service was not provided on time as promised, which was a slight inconvenience. That said, the hotel has a pleasant ambiance and is well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay. If these issues are addressed, it would make the experience even better.

Arhan Malik bhai is very politely staff member in this hotal... I have stay in this hotal 5 days.. Am govt. Employ and come for ltc with self wife 2 child and old age mother father.. I feel so many good vibes here... They gave food us without onions and garlics on our demand... They gave us delicious breakfast and dinner..

Excellent room service, hygienic rooms, great food, superb location near by srinagar airport. Also Staff is very friendly specially Arhaan bhai & Munir bhai... Thank you for good service De villaz we will definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel, double excellent room and triple excellent food (hygienic). Specially behaviour of Malik Arhaan Bhai and Maneer Bhai is amazing. You will feel like family with them. Just try once and you will praise my advice and would like to upgrade my review.
