Shuhul Resorts | Best 3 Star Hotel In Srinagar

The Suhul Resorts I stayed for 2 nights and their regular rooms are small but cozy. Toilets are modern but with small wash basin where not even a single person can stand properly. No proper place for hanging clothes inside those rooms. Food was good though.

“Highly Disappointing Experience” Our stay at Shuhul Resorts was extremely disappointing. We had booked for 4 nights but had to check out on the 2nd day as the experience was unbearable. The room was colder than the outside, and the lack of a proper centralized heating system made it worse. To make matters worse, the heating system shut down during the night, forcing us to endure freezing temperatures. There was no coordination from the staff, and the service was extremely poor. Despite its big name, the management failed to deliver even basic amenities. I would not recommend this place to anyone—don’t waste your money here.

Stayed there for 3 days during my visit to Srinagar from 16-20 December 2024. I don't find any adverse about Shuhul Resorts. Everything is up to mark. Rooms were neat, heating beds, hot water, room service, buffet servers and reception all are beyond my expectations. I rate this property 5 star and recommend it to everyone.

This is not a customer friendly place at all. Rooms are small and congested. Bathrooms are smaller than capsules and stink. Staff is not friendly and push you for early dinner. Heaters are switched off at nighttime when they are actually required. Hot water is not available even during the specified time during morning and evening. Not recommended at all.

1-Star Review for Shuhul Hotel Totally a waste of money. The service was terrible, and the staff showed no interest in helping guests. The central heating system doesn’t work properly, making the rooms freezing cold—absolutely unbearable in winter. The water supply was dirty, and basic cleanliness was completely neglected. This place is poorly maintained and not worth the price at all. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

We loved our four night stay at Shuhul Homes. It is located in a narrow lane which makes the approach difficult, but the central location in Srinagar allows for short distances to all local attractions. The food and service are excellent. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to all. We loved the ambience of Shuhul Homes.

This resort is very beautiful and location is absolutely mesmerising!! The staff is very good in nature !! Service and meals they provided is too yummy !! Overall rate i will give 10/10 !!!
