We had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience at the Grand Alden. The assistance from the staff was great, from the food to the rooms, it was all very well thought out, staring from check-in all the way to check-out. The food made us feel at home, and was super relaxing to come back to after a long day of touring around the beautiful city of Kashmir. The ambience of the place is calm and serene, all credits to the staff who work around the clock to ensure we were not missing anything. we never wanted to leave

Wonderful environment and amazing hospitality ma Shah Allah. The hotel staffs were amazing and helpful. It was wonderful. Next year we will visit them again. The foods were amazing, tasty. Chef Isteyaq was helpful. the hotel was clean and hygienic.

Food was delicious. Staff is very cooperative and especially the chef ishtaq is very supportive and made food special on demand. Overall experience is wonderful. One must try the hotel if visits srinagar.
