Friendly, homely environment, good food, very friendly and helpful staff, they even fulfilled our request for specific food request for dinner. The rooms are nice and cosy, the hotel is designed well too. Located at a very good location, near Lal Chowk, and also the airport.

We stayed here in the month of Aug for 2 days. Below are the pros and cons. Pros: The room allocated to us was decent. It was clean. The bathroom was clean, all the bath essentials were provided. The water pressure in the shower was top notch. Restaurant: items are limited. Not everything on the menu is available. But, whatever was available, was tasty and hygienic. Cons: Our room did not have any windows. So, it was a let down. But, it's not the hotel's fault as the next building is really close to this one. The location: It is located amidst a residential area and not very near to the market or Dal gate. Although, it's easy to go around via Autos. Overall, I recommend the place for your stay at Kashmir. PS: I wouldn't know of the amenities provided by the hotel during winters.

cently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel truly welcomed. The service was top-notch, with prompt responses to any requests. However, when I rebooked the same hotel, I noticed that the heating facilities in the assigned room were not as effective as during my initial stay. Despite this, the overall experience was still pleasant, thanks to the great service and cleanliness.

Room is good but too small specially the bathroom. Also it doesn't have a window so gets lil suffocating. Service and food was good

Rooms are warm and a suitable hotel for winter.||Food is also good for North Indians specially pineapple rice.||Staff is good and coordial specially Faisal in dining is very coordial in serving.|...............................................
