Hotel Solitaire

One of the best hotels I have visited. Just amazing food amazing hospitality and food is also good and the best thing is they make food as per your preferences if needed as I was traveling with my kid it was a total support. In the heart of the city is a beautiful place named Solitaire ❤️

A nice property with good rooms and very much into cleanliness and good food in their inhouse restaurant and just 5 minutes walk to Dal Lake Must recommended, we stayed there for 5 nights

Very good hotel. Rooms were clean and basic amenities were provided. Food in their in house restaurant was awesome and reasonable. Just like home made food. During summer it would be nice, but in winter they provide only electric blankets which didn't not help us to with stand the minus temperature. Only con was that there was no heaters. Otherwise would say a very good hotel.

I have been to this hotel 4 times in a year and every time I feel like I at home. There room service is awsm and food in there restaurant is very tasty and best in the area. Highly recommended for family, friends and couple.

Pathetic service. The owner doesn't know how to talk to a customer. I ordered kadhai chicken and got butter chicken in which capsicum & onions were added. I asked for ginger tea and kahwa he made the entire tea in kahwa & on complaining the restaurant about the same the guy who answered my call rudely said search for the man who delivered it in your room don't call us. On asking do u know customer service he simply said no. I found discrimination on the basis of religion & this is something very very serious.. The owner too doesn't know how to talk to customers he says don't call me you people are disturbing me... I was with my family and in our tariff breakfast was included so for 6 adults he made 6 aloo Paratha and for the other needs we had to fight. They don't know the meaning of portion size. Overall my experience was pathetic. Room quality is very good but I won't recommend this hotel if you are visiting this place with your family.

Never visit this hotel . Very poor customer service . All hotel stuf behavior is very poor . Hole night mosquito bite but hotel did not share good night .
