New Lucifer luxurious House Boat

Rooms are beautiful. But inadequate staff due to which the service is too poor. A single person does everything from shikara ride to serving food. Not even one bottle of water is provided free of cost.

We had a very great experience here. The rooms and the Food and the service are too good here. Ashiq bhai here helped us a lot with his great service and made us feel comfortable.

Houseboat was neat and clean. Had a nice view of Dal lake. Room was big with an additional bed for a child. However, the caretaker was only interested in selling Kesar and Shilajit. He was not interested in his basic job of keeping the rooms and utensils clean. No water bottle was provided and asked for extra money for providing water. During departure, he was more keen on getting tips and didn't even help us in unloading the luggage.

We were greeted by Ashiq Bhai from ghat number 17 and then we proceeded to our boathouse. Rooms were neat & clean and were provided with electric blanket,AC,Hotwater . Eventhough it was too late Ashiq Bhai demonstrated us about the room belongings and served us tasty chicken kabab .Hope for a pleasant sikara ride with him tomorrow morning

Everything was excellent including rooms, staff(Owais- his nature), management, food everything was just outstanding. Enjoyed very much there.

We really had a great time in new lucifer houseboat. The service and hospitality was really great by ashiq ahmed. Food was very tasty. Overall it was wonderful experience Highly recommended.

Food was okay... arrangements were below average. The staf person was after us for making extra money either it was for water bottle. He took us to a point which was not included in the package and asked for the amount which was beyond an average amount. My daughter was unwell insted of that he was forcing us to take the ride. He asked us before completing the stay at boat to give him 5 star rating which my husband gave coz he just wanted to come out of that and did not want any kind of trouble in between the trip
