Kings Paradise

We had an amazing stay at Kings paradise boathouse. They had a very amazing and humble staff. Suhail was amazing and took great care of us at the houseboat. Also, Shabbir took us through a beautiful Shikara ride . Both of them were very helpful. It was such a great stay and experience , we would definitely visit again.

1. Food was not good...so don't take food in a package . We have to buy our own food in spite of its package. They should better give one veg thaali of Nathu sweets which in just @Rs.250 to Rs.300 only 2. The rooms were not as good and clean as per price of 5000/- per night. Smell from bed/ 🛏️/ cloths . So the photograph shown in the net is in perfect condition and negative points are hidden. 3. Washroom was also not good..no toiletry given. Just a hard single soap given .. 4. Even two bottles of water is not complementary in this price. 5. The caretaker way of talking was nice but he did not even CHANGED his cloth from in our 3days ..smell from cloth /person is disturbed us. Care takers should be presentable and clean. Overall I will not recommend for House Boat stays. Better to take normal sikara rise and just visit to see House Boat area and market on ride only or if want to experience House boat stays then just book for only one day. Not worth more than one day. I will never stop in a house boat ..better i will take the hotel Room

It was very pleasant stay.. Staff is so friendly that it literally felt like home. Best hospitality I have experienced compaired to other house boats in Dal lake.. I am very happy for spending my time and money here.

A houseboat stay in Kashmir is a must and this was a comfortable place. The decor gives a very authentic feel. Good staff and service. The food is also good. It was raining the day we arrived but good arrangements were made to take care of us. Room was spacious and well furnished.

Kings paradise is one of the beautiful house boat visited in kashmir. Their service for food and hospitality is awesome. Location is mindblowing. Shabbir bhai has helped alot and was very nice during the stay. Must visit.

Really enjoyed my brief two night stay. Dinner and breakfast very satisfying. Houseboat is nicely located, away from the noise and bustle but within a short ride by shikara. They provide a free shuttle service to and from the houseboat. The rooms are clean & spacious. Wifi signal is good.|I met with Shabroz the owner on my first day, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

As soon as we reached Gate no 7 at Dal Lake we wore taken well care of and the trip on Kings Paradise House Boat Shikara Ride was awesome . The Owner Himself Welcomed us and we felt very comfortable as we wore only Family on the Houseboat . Staff Sabroz and all other wore excellent and took good care of us , food they prepared was well good and also they celebrated our Anniversary and could manage getting excellent fresh Chocolate cake . We took evening Shikara Ride on full moon night which was great and had very good shopping experience at Kashmir Emporium . I clicked some amazing photos and early mornings or late nights are peaceful . For 1st timers on Houseboat it's bit difficult to adjust specially when you sleep but overall you will feel very fresh as the views are amazing and Hospitality at its best always. Houseboat experience at Kings Paradise was amazing and would love to visit again as felt very Homely Atmosphere .

Amazing Stay at Houseboat. Clean and well decorated rooms. Nice view of Dal Lake. Houseboat staff were friendly and helpful. All our needs were taken care very well. Shikara rides, was arranged by Houseboat. Overall the stay was amazing. we thougroghly enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Houseboat staff
