Floating Luxury Group of Houseboats

The executive suite in this houseboat is a complete scam. They show that the room has a jacuzzi but in reality the room doesn't even have a bathtub. When you complain about the same, they'll say either take it or leave. Worst experience of the trip. Very rude owner.

The stay, food and service provided is very authentic. Nazim the caretaker was very kind and hospitable. Lovely culture, cozy furnishing inside the boat house. Although, the heating can be a little better.

I am so glad that I booked this place.Initially I was afraid of booking this houseboat bcs most of the houseboats reviews are negative but I took the risk and m so happy with the facility, hospitality, people here so polite and cooperative. Nazeer bhai and Mr. hannan such an amazing people. They made us feel so comfortable. So much homely vibes.. definitely it's an amazing stay at this houseboat.

It was a awesome experience in houseboat Floting heritage as it best of all service (1 no.)& food was so awazing &tasty Nazir bhai & Maqbool bhai as such a good & kind people for care taking of the house boat Thanks a lot 😍😃👍🫂

Beware ! Scammers...they ask you to pay cash and even ask for a tip and a month later they claim to booking.com that you did show up to get paid a second time from cancellation fees....this happened already a few times in India....they say cash only and claim no show...

They are actually fraud we booked this property in September at a very affordable price but as soon as we reached Srinagar in December the day we were supposed to stay we called them about our arrival that time they cancelled the booking by giving an excuse that there is a water problem which is very common in dal lake in December after that I called from another no and asked for room the lady picked the phone and said the rooms were available as soon as I started recording she dropped the call second time I again called and she was like repeating the words no sir there is no room we have a water problem ........they are totally fraud people......
