Food was awesome and All restaurant staff was cooperative and humble...We reach 11 pm and restaurant was close but staff give us food for dinner...Amazing food.

I thoroughly enjoy the services provided by the entire hotel team. The food, in particular, is exceptionally delicious, thanks to their well-trained and skilled cooks. Additionally, the rooms and washrooms are meticulously cleaned and well-maintained.

The service is not good..rooms are not clean ...there is not a single percent of hospitality...the way how the owner talks is worst I will suggest you to never come here if you are planning a trip to Jammu and Kashmir...

A great experience while staying in the Hotel. The hospitality they showed was just amazing... we loved the food, hotel rooms are well cleaned, we remember the room service boy sahil and shakeel for their quick services and especially people over there were so reliable and helpful...... Thanks to all the staff nd especially Rishi Bhai for making our stay so memorable.

We came to Kashmir 1st time. We stayed in the hotel Monson for 3 nights. It was wonderful experience as the staff was super nice, especially Sahil was a great help. Owner is Reshie paaje. He's a wonderful person and he made us feel as home. He took care of us as his own family. Going extra miles for the customers is his specialty. He helped my sick mum by lending his personal vehicle. People can find many hotels around,but if you want a family and home away from your home ,then I do recommend Reshie paaje's Hotel Monson. Prices are reasonable and room services are mind-blowing I can't thank you enough,Reshie Paaje enough for taking good care for us. Kudos to his staff. Love and lots of respect Chandan

I wouldn't really recommend this place as there is no hospitality provided at the hotel. The manager has no way of talking to customer. The bookings are done without confirming the cost with their broker. The customer needs to bear the loss because of their miscommunication. Very unprofessional way of dealing with problems. The bookings were made under the name of my friend. We were group of 9 people. We checked in on 1st of July and check out was 2nd of July. Thanks.
