Exceptional Stay at Hotel Golden Eye, Srinagar! I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Golden Eye during my visit to Srinagar, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering a peaceful ambiance with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The staff was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The food served at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of local and continental options, and we enjoyed every meal. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm hospitality and the overall attention to detail in ensuring guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It overall a pathetic experience staying at this hotel. They will not provide you any basic requirements as promised and start from check in. They will provide a heater bed with no electricity, what a joke. Hot water geyser without electricity. What a joke again. Avoid going in winters as they will not provide a proper heating system.. If you ask the reason for not providing promised facilities the hotel manager will respond to you in a rude manner.. they are doing this knowingly! This hotel only gives you a trauma and for sure will ruin your Srinagar experience. "DON'T GO FOR THIS HOTEL "- NIGHTMARE

We stayed 3 days in this hotel very very horrible experience . There was no electricity , 2 days no hot water no bed heater service provided as promised. We suffered alot because temprature was minus and no hot water availability. Even There is no electric kettle available in room so you cannot have hot water for drinking. Everytime you need to ask them for water and it will cause lot of issues. Manger was very rude when we asked for hot water when there was no electricity.

Very good people very caring good staff & owner itself takes care of all the things the best thing is that in bed they have heater facilities. And very affordable as compared to the others hotels. Location is nice in 1km is Dale Lake in 5 is Lal Chowk
