Hotel Snow Light Srinagar

I am Vijayan from Chennai. We are exploring a road trip from Chennai to Srinagar. During our stay in the rooms, we paid for car parking as well. Due to limited central heating for limited hours, the hotel management is not concerned about guest health issues, which was a concern for me as I was traveling with two kids and a senior citizen. I highly recommend that tourists avoid staying at this hotel, even if all the hotels in Srinagar are full. To get the best deal, it's better to stay in a different hotel.

If you are visiting srinagar ,I will suggest these hotel because the ambiance ,staff are really very good it's feels very safe ...Definitely I need to mention about the manager of hotel who took care us very well whatever we needed he arrange without any hesitation and he took us as his family very polite and gentle and Specially arbinajan services was very excellent ,she welcomed us and serve with good smile I really like that, she is too polite whatever we asked she will respond politely and timely services without any delay is much important that she carry was excellent about it...Highly recommended hotel😍

We are thankful to hotel management ND hotel owner I visit kashmir with my family 5 rooms. But the rooms are provided to us by our tour operator are deluxe which has no central heating but the management ND hotel owner changes our rooms without any charges ND given us super deluxe rooms with central heated we are soo thankful to hotel management also room service and food was too good.visit everyone

The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, promptly attending to any requests I had. Was an amazing experience in this hotel... Specially the staff and the owner are very supportive. No need to worry about security, service and luxury in this hotel. I visited with family of 10 no one got a single chance to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Snowlight, Srinagar, from 21st to 24th December 2024. The experience was truly pleasant, and the staff ensured a comfortable stay amidst freezing temperatures. A special shoutout to the hotel manager, Mr. TauriQ (if I remember his name correctly), who was fantastic throughout. He was incredibly understanding of our requirements and provided complete support during our stay. Although the hotel policy allows central heating for limited hours, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially since I was traveling with two kids. Their attentiveness in such cold conditions made a huge difference. Additionally, the cleaning services were absolutely wonderful, which is commendable considering the freezing temperatures. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and this level of upkeep made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Snowlight is a great choice for anyone visiting Srinagar.
