Worst hotel. Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was dirty had a cigarette butt in the pot. Bedsheets had holes and we're not clean. Only one light in the room was working. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. No lift is there as well.

One of the oldest hotel in Srinagar. I did solo backpacking in January 2023 booked a deluxe room at 900+ taxes. You get geyser, heater and power blanket. Hotel staff is nice. Remember it is an old hotel and cheaper so don't expect too much luxury from it.

The hotel is conveniently located and the location was good. The staff at the hotel were very co-operative and professional in service. The appearance of the hotel was very good and the surroundings were maintained clean. The room allotted to me was very spacious with all the amenities in proper working condition and the food was very delicious both in quality and taste with lots of varieties. My stay at this hotel was comfortable and there was no delay during sign in and sign out process. The hotel is worth for the money which I spent and I recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Located in the main attraction Lal Chowk in Srinagar...rooms are spacious with geyser, bed heater, etc. Hotel is located in the main market place. Nice service & stay. Big hotel with many rooms in the centre place. Biggest advantage is its location.

This property is located right in front of Clock Tower at Lal Chowk, which is the heart of Srinagar. They provided a double bedded room with attached washroom at Rs.1010 per night. We stayed there for six nights. The rooms are spacious & clean.

Couldn't be more disappointed staying here. The biggest mistake was to book this property while in a trip with family. The rooms given to us were filthy to say the least. Bedsheets stained, no curtains in the room, smelly stinking washrooms. Do avoid this specially if travelling with family.

People here are noncooprative,, not cleaning room after so many request... Taking extra money for a clean bedsheet and pilow cover... And clean towel.. Food is having high price... They are telling that go and complain to modi... All of them are govt emploi and donot giving respect to govt.... If any body interested .. Then please bring this into modiji 's attention. If other then pathan work here out side people get more benifited.... Becouz this infrastructure and location as well as price of this hotel is good
