We stayed for 6 days at Noor palace. Zafar Gosani, the houseboat owner was really nice and was there at every need. Our driver and guide Shafayat was friendly and fun-loving as well. He is well aware about every detail of every place we went with him. We loved their hospitality and felt like home. ||||It wasn't a budget stay, but we loved the moments we had at Noor palace.

My experience in this house boat is pathetic..||When we check-in every thing was in mess .||Toilets were not cleaned .||2 bedrooms out of 3 not cleaned ..||Houseboat ambience was not good when compared with other houseboats..also location of houseboat is very far end side where lake found to be very dirty .||We have booked 5 months before still we got such houseboat..||||Owner of boat has few more might be good but he was asking us for more money ..||||Our whole tour of kashmir we found such people who always ask for extra money .||||FOOD was included in our boking ..||Night time food we managed some how ..but mrg breakfast was only bread jam and tea .as per care taker ..while other houseboat were getting normal breakfast .||||Same asked tp houseboat owner , he told we give only this. he asked us to order and then pay money to care taker ..||||Now we ordered and when we got breakfast was horrible ..||||Sandwitch tomato, bread and ingredients all were smelling ..||We ordered for bread pakoda , same were also not good ..||||Please find attach photo.

The art within this houseboat will take you by surprise. Everything else is just relaxing on Nageen Lake. Been at this housesboat everytime i vist Kashmir.
