Had an amazing time in this hotel. All the the staffs were very polite and helpful specially Ejaz. Very kind human being and knows exactly how to deal with his customers. Very Helpful. The food was also very good. Overall a very good stay

We had booked 2 nights stay at this hotel through Yatra portal (it was cheapest on the date of our booking) and we liked the place. It is a small hotel but provides good service to the guests. First, the place is located in a quiet locality overlooking the Dal Lake and about 500 meters from Nishat Bagh. The place is not crowded and you can have a great walk in the walkway / pavement of the Lake. Our room was in the first floor with a balcony (common with another room). The hotel provided complimentary breakfast. The restaurant is just okay with very limited options. But you can just walk out and get some good joints nearby for your dinner. The staff are nice people and restaurant serves food in your room if required. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean with hot water facility. The water kettle can be used for making tea / coffee in the room though they provide very limited number sachets. The stay was good. It has ample parking space. You can walk to the nearest departmental store (next building) to pick up good quality stuffs like juices, kawa, saffron, cakes and pastries, etc.

Excellent view from premium rooms. Courteous staff especially Aijaz , Irshad and Sajid. They are from house keeping. These guys helped us with cleaning of our room and excellent room facilities. Forgot name of manager who was also always ready to help. Highlight was excellent food, better than I get in Delhi. Must visit hotel. Lastly I must mention name of Adnan who gave best service in restaurant. Three cheers. Yoginder Aggarwal

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel.The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. I have had numerous experiences in hotels both in India and Australia. Booked two rooms for my close family - 4 adults and 4 children. Being the height of winter and temperatures going below zero on most nights it was a hassle asking the staff to turn on the generator power back up for AC heating each time there was a power cut. Second morning we were told that the generator blew off and they were organising a back up. On the third day the generator was replaced, but the staff still had to be reminded to turn the back up power on.||The courtesy, professionalism and behaviour of the General Manager was nothing to speak about. The GM told us that as we were the only turning on the generator for us as if doing us a favour. I wonder whose responsibility it was for regular service and maintenance of the hotel equipment including generator. I would like to challenge the GM to produce unedited CCTV recordings of my conversations with the manager and the staff about the issues we have raised and the manner in which they responded to me. When I tried to negotiate a discount for the inconvenience we had suffered, the main booking office had the audacity to tell me that if we are looking for a better service we should have booked a 5 star hotel, when all we had asked for is the service they had advertised and what is routinely expected from a 2 star hotel let alone a 5 star hotel. This is after I had refused their offer of a complimentary dinner late in the evening when we had already made planes for dinner with our friends who we were meeting after 20 years. If you are looking for a better service, please look around and by all means do not pay any advance booking fee. It is better to look around as the area of the hotel is isolated and not many services available after 8 pm including transport.||I felt so harassed by the GM and the booking office that I almost put in a complaint with the Tourist Police helpline. Never again with this hotel.

The hotel is in an ideal location. It is really close to the Nishad Garden and offers a wonderful view of Dal Lake.|I want to express my gratitude to everyone who works there for helping me set up the decorations and other elements that made our anniversary memorable. |I would to like to special thanks “Mr Irfan” who arranged special candle light dinner for our special day which made our night memorable and also “ Mr Aijaz and Mr towheed from house keeping who helped to clean our room and also helped in decoration.

The place is small but location is beautiful. The best thing about this hotel is the food . They don't have many variety but they serve good quality and tasty food. All credit goes to the head chef Fayaz Ahmad and chef mohd Shafi.

We were served amazing lunch by Head chef Fayaz Ahmed, and 2nd chef Mohd. Shafi.....Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Kadai paneer, veg Pulao, roti and rice....every item served was extremely good.... Thank you to both the chefs and thanks to Bilal for warm hospitality...

We checked in this hotel as part of our package for 2 nights. The hotel is located near Dal lake however it is far from most good restaurants. This hotel has in-house restaurant which serves fresh food but of average taste.|Rooms are very small and do not have sufficient luggage storage area. Room service is ok. |Location is nice as it is very near to Nishat Garden and on the banks of Dal lake. Additionally there is a supermarket adjacent to it which is very good.
