Hotels did not provide with basics like towels, kettle, soaps. The exhaust of bathrooms were not working, this was not the case with only one room but multiple rooms. They even could not provide with hot water for drinking. There was no intercom facility or way to connect with reception There was no availability of room service It was told by the tour that they will provide heating arrangements but the hotel did not have any such arrangements. The condition of the rooms was such that even some rooms from our group did not have tubelights. If you don't want your vacation and tour to be spoiled then don't suck at this hotel.

Very nice accommodation and room service. Stayed here for quite long time. Wonderful services one can get at such an economical budget for Kashmir trip. Food is just home like and hygienic with proper heating facilities in rooms and Smart TV accessibility with unlimited WiFi connection at glance. Special thanks to Mr. Hakeem Faheem (Dir.), Ms. Ziya (managing person for bookings and stay), Mr. Fayyaz (Cook), Mr. Saqib & Mr. Imtiaz (care takers).

We went through a tour gct ..so they booked this hotel. Since I entered foul smell was coming...dim light in reception..the exhaust fan was not working.. as it was so cold in January 2024..the electric blankets was not working properly..not inverter.. the room was so chilled..no hot water.. the dinner was ok ok.. the towel was dirty..the blanket was smelly..I told to change it... Overall bad experience..not Happy with the stay... No proper service ..

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The food was so delicious. Restaurant team was so helpful Mr. Lateef he is very helpful person.

There is no "negative" starts to give - We travelled to this hotel as part of our tour to srinagar via vihar travels. This was a newly constructed hotel with "Zero" amenities. There was smell everywhere it was smelling damp, fusty. The rooms were uncleaned. Hotels did not provide with basics like towels, kettle, soaps. The room, services and the location were great and I would have given it a 5 star rating but since I had a prepaid sim and it does not work in kashmir so I was dependent on the wifi of the hotel and the wi-fi connection was very weak so I gave it a 4 star rating. Overall I would award it a 4.5/5 rating

Room was good but very bad service. There is only 1 person who knows everything and take care everything. If you get a room in ground floor it will be full noisy.
