Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid This Hotel We had booked Hotel Palm Paradise for a client’s Kashmir trip on 29th April, which was cancelled due to the Pahalgam incident. The hotel confirmed the cancellation and promised a full refund within 20 days as per the government advisory. It’s now been over 50 days, and the refund is still pending. Even worse, the hotel stopped responding to calls and emails after the cancellation. Their communication is completely non-existent, and they’ve shown zero professionalism. As a travel agency, we’ve worked with many properties, but this has been one of the worst experiences ever. If anything goes wrong with your booking, don’t expect any support or basic courtesy from them. Strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. Totally unreliable and disrespectful.

OMG! This is a really great place to stay. They have amazing staff and delicious food. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but after experiencing their excellent service and food, we decided to stay for the rest of our trip. I absolutely love this hotel and its service. Highly recommend🙌🏻😍

It was a fantastic stay at Palm paradise. We felt like our own home during the stay. Good behaviour of staffs. If get one more opportunity to visit Kashmir definitely will choose this paradise for our stay💕
