I had a one night stay at this place rooms, food, service all were best garden with flowers was like a cherry on cake .Mr vivek wazir has maintained it very well he n his staff both r polite n hv great hospitality sense ready to help u out at any time

A quiet property at a great location. The rooms are run down, bit the service and the location well make up for it. Sitting in the lawns and chatting over tea, admiring the flowers and trees, reading a book are huge plusses. Mr Vivek Wazir does all he can to make the stay memorable.

This place is an old bungalow turned into an elegant boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and fitted with all modern amenities such as LCD TV, Tea maker, Room heater (AC), bed warmer, and all. The rooms have very good interiors and outside they have a big lawn with so many flower plants and trees. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The only thing they need to do is to upgrade their bathrooms - it is good but can be made much better with showers with good flow, exhaust fans, etc.|The location is 10 min away (by car) from Dal Lake and surrounded by a residential area. |The food here is amazing - really liked the taste. The staff here is very friendly & courteous. They are very polite and always ready to serve. |Liked our stay here - definitely recommend it!

Located in the heart of Srinagar is a warm and cozy hotel. The room are pretty comfortable with a vintage look. The building is constructed in a colonial look and has a history to it. They serve delicious home style cooked food and the service is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and the owner of the property is very friendly. Perfect place to stay on your visit to Srinagar.

We stayed 3 days in Hotel Green acre in March2024. Hotel is at good location of Srinagar. Lal chowk and Polo view market is around 10 mins by auto/ car for shopping. Hotel is maintained very well. Rooms are spacious with all required amenities like heater and hot water. Staff is very kind and proactive for service. They really care about their guests. Food is also very nice and tasty.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't feel like a hotel. It was more like a home stay. Lovely spacious suites. Good was excellent. Quite central for all the tourist attractions.
